Purpose And Mission Statement
The mission of Amethyst Center, Inc. is to provide housing and human services to individuals who are mentally and physically challenged. The goal of the organization is to assist individuals in becoming as self-sufficient as possible and for their needs to be met in a dignified and humane manner.
It is our desire to promote integration into the community, through work, education, and supportive relationships with families, friends, and community network.

Amethyst Center is here to serve you and help you live your best life right now. Our services are provided through Michigan and Nevada in a variety of settings. Amethyst Center provides home care to older adults and individuals living in their own homes as well as Adult foster care, supported independent living, and self-determination. In addition to these services, The Amethyst Center Conservatory offers self-help, job readiness skills, independent living skills, music, art and dance therapy, entreprenuership training, health and wellness seminars. The conservatory provides these services to at-risk youth ages 5-18 and to adults with mental and physical challenges ages 18 and older. The Conservatory is open daily.
